I'll be the first to say that I'm a terrible blogger. I haven't written in so long, but it is because I've been so busy doing the things I've needed to write about... so there is my justification.
Anyway...
We sent our complete dossier (13 documents which went through the sealing process- notarized, certified by appropriate Secretary of State, and authenticated by the appropriate Chinese Consulate) to our wonderful placement agency, and it should be OFF TO CHINA by March 25! Whoo hoo!
I keep thinking that at these milestones we will celebrate, because it took so much work and such a long time to get to these points. But... between the rest of life, we're too busy! We do remember to thank our incredible God, though. WOW. We are amazed over and over again at how He has ordained all of this.
On another note, we are blown away to by at $6,427 in fundraising since we started our GoFundMe page! We can't thank everyone enough for their help. With all of you, it is possible to bring John home! Praise God!
John is getting great English tutoring. This will make the transition significantly easier for him and for us... what a gift!
