HOME STUDY, USCIS, ADOPTION CLASS AND FUNDRAISING!

What an exciting weekend we have had so far!  Friday we received our HOME STUDY in the mail, and sent it with the other paperwork to USCIS (the next step!)  Whooo hooo!

Today we went to our all-day in-person adoptive parent training class at our home study agency's office.  What a fun group of people between the other adoptive families and teachers!

Our forecasted adoption expenses which we are fundraising for on the GoFundMe page include:

• Airfare for Ethan, myself, and our oldest child to China and back.
• Airfare for John from China to the US.
• Visas to enter China
• Adoption Registration and Notarization
• John's Passport
• John's Physical and Photo in China
• One of three post-placement visits from our home study agency required by China

As the campaign page says, we are also fundraising for John's first year of medical expenses and a (basic) second bathroom which is necessary with John's cerebral palsy.

Everything else has already been been paid for by the incredible grants and orphanage waiver!
